Academic Program Spec II Academic Program Spec II Job Description: This position is responsible for managing the UF Master of International Business (MIB) and M.S. in Management (MSM) program's marketing and recruitment, prospective student advising, as well as assisting the Director with other student-related projects. Responsible for the interpretation of policies and procedures for the University of Florida and the Warrington College of Business.Develops strategies pertaining marketing and recruitment. Frequent contact with prospective, faculty, staff and other individuals affiliated with the MIB and MSM program. Marketing & Recruitment o Develop plan to promote programs at UF and off-campus o Establish and maintain strategic relationships with staff, faculty, advisors and student organizations through UF campus to promote the MIB and MSM programs o Establish and maintain strategic relationships throughout the State of Florida University System (SUS) and other Florida institutions to promote the MIB and MSM programs o Assist Director in the production of printed marketing materials including brochures, flyers and promotional banners and stands o Present in classes, student organizations, and marketing events o Frequent evening activities (3-4 per semester) in peak recruiting season will be required. o Attend recruitment events to promote programs on-campus o Attend recruitment events (e.g. graduate school fairs, information sessions, etc.) throughout the state of Florida (3-4 per year) o Work with WCB communications team to update marketing leads database (Pardot) o Coordinate with WCB communications teams to develop email marketing campaign Advising & Admissions o Serve as primary advisor for prospective MIB and MSM applicants o Serve on the admission committee (review applications and interview applicants) o Assist MIB and MSM advisors with combined degree paperwork SalesForce / Pardot o Serve as project manager/liaison between the MIB/MSM programs and the Warrington IT team for SalesForce and Pardot implementation, troubleshooting, etc. MIB and MSM Social Media o Coordinate with WCB social media team to develop strategy and content to increase student and alumni engagement on Facebook. o Post relevant content (e.g. articles, events, photos, etc.) on Facebook on a weekly basis Other o Assist program director with special projects Advertised Salary: The salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 commensurate based on experience. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
